Abstract

Accreditation documents in the D4 Software Engineering Technology Study Program are dispersed across devices and locations, complicating retrieval, version control, validation, and completeness monitoring. This study develops web-based SIDA TRPL using Waterfall, Laravel 13, SQLite, an in-memory Inverted Index, and BM25 (k1 = 1.5; b = 0.75). Black-box testing showed 7/7 scenarios successful (100%). On five documents and five multi-term queries, BM25 ranked the target first in all cases (5/5; Hit@1 = 100%), while literal SQL LIKE retrieved only 1/5 targets (20%). Role-based UAT accepted 12/12 scenarios (100\%). Nielsen inspection found eight heuristics fulfilled and two partially fulfilled, mainly undo/recovery and help/documentation. In the test environment, SIDA TRPL supports centralized document management, role-based validation, completeness monitoring, and relevance-oriented retrieval; production effectiveness requires further evaluation.
