Abstrak

This program implements the Village Information System (OpenSID) in Banyumulek Village, West Lombok, to address several problems: manual administrative services, poorly organized population data, and suboptimal promotion of tourism and pottery-based MSMEs. The approach combines Participatory Action Research (PAR) and Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) through four main stages: needs assessment, installation and configuration of OpenSID, training and mentoring of village operators, and socialization of digital services to the community. Data were collected through observation, interviews, focus group discussions, documentation, and questionnaires based on the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). OpenSID was successfully installed at the domain banyumulek.lombokdesa.id and is used to manage population data, letter (certificate) services, as well as village profile and potential pages. Questionnaire results show positive acceptance. Among community respondents, the average Perceived Usefulness (PU) score was 3.92 and Perceived Ease of Use (PEOU) was 4.10 (both in the “agree” category). Among village operators, PU ranged from 4.20 to 4.80 and PEOU from 4.40 to 5.00 (“agree” to “strongly agree”), indicating clear benefits in speeding up services, organizing data, and making the system easy to operate. The program concludes that OpenSID is feasible and relevant to strengthen public service governance and digital promotion in a tourism village context, and it is potentially replicable in other villages, provided that human resource capacity and sustainable system financing are ensured.
