Transformasi Digital Guru Sekolah Dasar Melalui Kegiatan Literasi Digital Berbasis Kolaborasi

The development of information technology in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 requires elementary school teachers to have adequate digital competencies to support the learning process. However, teachers' utilization of digital technology remains suboptimal due to limited digital literacy and minimal assistance in using learning technology. This community service activity aims to develop teachers' digital competencies through a collaborative digital literacy program at SDN 1 Tempos. The collaboration in question is a partnership between university lecturers as facilitators and elementary school teachers as participants and active partners in all stages of the activity. The activity was attended by eight teachers with diverse subject backgrounds and grade levels. The implementation method included identifying partner needs, pre-testing, delivering materials, practicing the use of digital learning applications, direct mentoring, and post-testing. Evaluation was conducted using pre-test and post-test instruments on several indicators of teacher digital competency. The results of the activity showed an increase in teacher abilities across all assessment indicators. The average pre-test score of 57.55 increased to 84.67 in the post-test. Improvements were seen in the ability to use digital learning platforms, operate digital media, utilize technology in learning, and create interactive learning media. In addition, this activity also increases teachers' motivation and confidence in integrating digital technology into the teaching and learning process.
